The best part of this place is the vibe it gives off: 1970s American diner.. but with a British flair from their menu and countless locals scattered in the red vinyl booths or wooden chairs. You've got beans with almost every dish, and some sort of sausage if you so wish. Breakfast served all day, as well as ice cream, and an endless supply of sun-faded posters of kids indulging in ice cream and vintage photographs.
Ok, so our experience:
We visited on a Thursday afternoon, and were seated promptly by this lovely lady! We both got breakfast and the total was 11GBP to fill us up! Yes. The best deal in all of the UK in our experience thus far. Did I mention we also got hot tea!? -

Good for a cheap BYOB joint, this rather dour looking restaurant sits on the Goldhawk Road, famed for brief appearances in cinematic classics such as Quadrophenia and The Mother. No Who's Who here though, as greasy beans and toast provide the perfect hangover remedy to West Londoners this side of the A40.

Stumbled across this gem of a diner 2 weeks ago - it's a bit like stepping back in time with regards to the decor (a little tired) , music and luckily the prices too. A half pounder burger and chips was about £5.50 and the portions are generous. They cater for veggies too, tho it's the frozen burger kind (still tasty tho) and try the freshly squeezed orange juice. Service a tad relaxed - a little tip: the waitress behind the counter has seen you and will come and take your order when she's ready. All in all, the staff are polite, the food arrives quickly and the bill will leave you with a smile on your face.
